The room upgrade was a nice surprise, with a beautiful sea view and comfortable bed. The location is convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. The open bar with live music is a great place to relax. The view from the room at sunset was amazing, overlooking the swimming pool, beach, and marina.
Everything is what i need and want.

We loved the location of the hotel - it was very convenient to get to the nearby shops and restaurants by foot. The staff were very friendly and the hotel facilities were great. The cleanliness of the swimming pool was very excellent, and we enjoyed the live music and open bar in the evenings.
Hard to think of anything.

Good drinks and entertainment in a prime position by the sea. Likes: the room was spacious with a great view. the hotel is well-located, having many places to eat and shop nearby.
The staff was unpleasant and unapproachable. the hotel was dirty, and the bathroom was in dire need of repair.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and attentive service. the spa and wellness centre was a highlight, offering a range of treatments and a relaxing indoor swimming pool. the outdoor swimming pool was also a great place to unwind, surrounded by a beautiful garden area. the restaurant served a delicious buffet breakfast and the bar/lounge area was perfect for an evening drink. the private facilities in my room were exclusive and added to the overall experience.
It felt lacking and not up to the same level as the rest of the hotel.

The hotel's location was convenient, being opposite to the beach and close to the main food area. the rooms were disappointing, with malfunctioning bathrooms and no basic amenities like tea kettles or toothbrushes. the service was poor with the staff being uninterested and often unhelpful. Although, the bars were a bit small, the pool area was clean and the bar staff were friendly. the breakfast was average, without many choices.
The hotel was understaffed leading to overcrowding and long waiting times.

Great Location, only a short walk from the beach and local attractions. The hotel staff were really friendly, always willing to help when needed. The pool area was well maintained and provided a great place to relax and soak up the sun.
The hotel could benefit from a renovation, some areas were looking a bit dated and could use some TLC. The food in the restaurant was average, but there were plenty of local restaurants to choose from within walking distance.
